MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS)
Application for MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS)
The objective of the MOE FAS is to provide financial assistance to Singaporean students who need financial assistance for their studies. More information on the MOE FAS is available here.

School-Based FAS (SBFAS)
Students whose MOE FAS applications are unsuccessful will be automatically considered for SBFAS.
The criteria are a monthly gross household income between $4,001 and $5,500 or per capita income between $1,001 and $1,375.
The assistance for SBFAS includes full subsidy for school fees, free textbooks and attire, and transport subsidies (on application).
All Parents / Students who intend to apply for the MOE FAS or SBFAS should wait for the confirmation of FAS status before purchasing any books or uniform.
